2007 is winding down & as Thanksgiving approaches I reflect on another record year, but also the blessings received. I hope you will stop and count the many ways you have been blessed.
2008 appears that it will be slower, but still moving up. Ranch prices are at an all-time high, and are not retreating down. The residential mortgage meltdown is causing lenders to take a harder look at their portfolios, and better manage the risk. It's been slower, but still steady.
Overall, I'm optimistic, but definitely cautious for a slower year in 2008. Hopefully I'll be wrong.
Robin & I wish you continued success & hope you have a joyous and safe holiday season.
Happy Thanksgiving!
