Richard Dockery, the site's owner, knows just about everything you'd ever want to learn about rural property in Texas and especially South Texas. He specializes in Farm, Ranch, and other rural properties, both commercial and residential.

The site - Dockery & Associates - features Richard's weblog, information about South Texas, constantly updated news feeds, perhaps the largest selection of online real estate calculators anywhere, and a library of free videos - that's just for starters. You'll also find listings for residential and commercial properties throughout Texas.

The site breaks the listings into neat categories so buyers and investors can quickly locate what they want. For sellers or buyers, there are about a dozen ways to contact Richard - not just the standard forms. In his particular down home style, Richard has one page, for example, titled simply "Want to Own Some Texas?".
