Spring typically arrives early in south Texas and this year was not exception. You know it's getting close when you see more and more birds in the yard, or hear lots of noise outside. The photo you see here was taken right outside the house window. We are truly blessed to be able to live in such a mild climate, and this time of year is the best time to be outside and watch nature at it's best.
The market continues to move ahead despite the national mortgage mess. South Texas is better than most areas of the country, but it has also felt a slowdown. There's no exhuberance once seen. People still need to live in houses so there are market movements.
Robin & I hope you enjoy your Easter holidays and remember to be with family at the joyous time of year, and the real reason for the season.
God Bless,
Richard
